Exhibition services refer to the services provided to exhibition organizers, exhibition organizers, exhibitors, visitors and other parties throughout the exhibition process. The exhibition services discussed in this book are mainly services provided to exhibitors, including exhibit transportation services, display design services, exhibition construction services, exhibition advertising services, tourism services, etc. The role of exhibition services is to provide first-class and professional exhibition supporting services for exhibitors who go abroad to participate in exhibitions.
The “2019 Foreign Trade Service Market Survey” released by “Import and Export Manager” shows that in the “Considerations of Surveyed Enterprises When Selecting Foreign Trade Service Providers” in 2019, the ranking of service quality, price, reputation, company size, service provider location, background and operation time has not changed for many years. Among them, service quality, price and reputation have always been the top three factors that enterprises value most, and the proportion of enterprises choosing them is much higher than other factors. The proportion of this selection is 36.2%, 27.8% and 24.9% respectively, which is not much different from 2018 (see Figure 7-1). At a time when competition in the service market is becoming increasingly fierce, only by truly grasping the needs of enterprises can we win a solid market position.
For exhibitors, participating in an exhibition requires a lot of time, money and energy. Any mistakes in any link will have a significant impact on the exhibition effect, so they should carefully choose exhibition service providers.
