Founded in 1964, Messe München is headquartered in Munich, the capital of Bavaria, Germany. It has strong strength and excellent experience in organizing international exhibitions. As a well-known global exhibition company, Messe München has more than 50 brand exhibitions, covering four major industries including capital products, high-tech, construction and real estate, consumer goods and lifestyle. The international exhibitions held by the group have all obtained FKM qualification certification, that is, the number of exhibitors, the number of visitors and the exhibition area have all reached the unified standards of the exhibition statistics self-regulatory group FKM and passed its independent audit.
At the same time, Messe München is also the owner and operator of the Munich Exhibition Center, the Munich International Conference Center and the Munich Exhibition and Purchasing Center. It holds more than 200 exhibitions in these three exhibition halls every year, attracting more than 50,000 exhibitors and more than 3 million visitors. In addition, the Munich North Conference Center was officially put into use in 2019. In order to cooperate with the group’s business strategy development, MMI Asia Pte Ltd (hereinafter referred to as: MMI Asia) will serve as the official representative of the three German exhibition companies, Messe München, IMAC and CHM, in China from January 1, 2020, responsible for the promotion and management of the international exhibitions of the three companies in China. MMI Asia will continue to rely on the advantages of the group’s brand exhibitions, make full use of Chinese customer resources, and work closely with partners such as government departments, industry associations, trade promotion agencies, exhibition agents, etc. to provide Chinese companies with diversified and professional exhibition services, helping Chinese companies win business opportunities and shape brands on the international stage. At the same time, the Exhibition Business Department of Munich Exhibition (Shanghai) Co., Ltd. will serve as the liaison and consulting unit of MMI Asia in China, providing Chinese companies with timely and efficient exhibition information and after-sales support.
