02. Is the online display platform only available in Chinese and English? Does it support multi-language conversion?

Currently, the online display platform only provides Chinese and English display pages and is not compatible with other languages.

03. Can we apply for a collaborative exhibition (i.e. two companies jointly exhibit and use the same account to upload and manage exhibits?

No: you must log in to the account separately to maintain the company and exhibit materials.

04. Both companies have booths. Can we close one of them and use the same account to manage the exhibition for both companies?

A unit can only correspond to one account, and it is not compatible with mergers or closures.

05. Does the joint venture have an account to log in to the cloud exhibition hall management system?

Joint ventures exhibit together with the corresponding booth exhibitors, and no independent corporate account is provided.

06. Can the company set the permission for other exhibitors to view its submitted information?

Exhibitors can set the non-text information of the exhibits to be public, visible to regional suppliers, visible to overseas suppliers, or visible to purchasing representatives (representatives of overseas companies’ institutions in China).
