If the platform-specified fields still cannot fully express our advantages, you can choose to upload attachments. Usually, the attachments contain the following content.
(1) The company’s relevant product catalog (related product recommendations).
(2) Information that buyers are concerned about (product certificates, key cooperative factories, production line capabilities, exhibition information, and well-known brand cooperation cases).
(3) Company strength display (such as factory area, assembly line, workers’ working status, large equipment, warehouse, sample room).
A maximum of 6 attachments can be uploaded, and the maximum size cannot exceed 5MB/attachment.
Also pay attention to the following points:
(1) Convert Word, Excel, PPT and other files to PDF and send them to avoid being unable to view due to version issues.
(2) Minimize the number of programs that customers download to view files and avoid using compressed files.
(3) File names should be concise, clear, and easy to understand. The company name should be included in the name to facilitate customer distinction.
(4) The documents and pictures sent must include the company’s name, logo, and contact information so that customers can contact you at any time.
