(3) Synchronize inquiry response data For suppliers who do not use Alibaba communication tools (inquiry module/foreign trade email) to reply to inquiries, synchronize the data of their personal or corporate email replies to inquiries to the Alibaba system, so as to calculate the response rate when inquiring. At the same time, the following aspects should be noted:

The “Synchronize Inquiry Recovery Data” function is only used to calculate the timely response rate of inquiries. The information security of emails is protected by law and will not be displayed.

Synchronous recovery data is an alternative solution for calculating the timely response rate of suppliers outside the Alibaba platform. However, due to the uncertainty of external mailboxes such as personal mailboxes in Alibaba statistics, the accuracy of the data cannot be guaranteed. Therefore, it is recommended to use the Alibaba backend to process inquiries to ensure the accuracy of the data.

After the synchronization of inquiry data is set, the system captures the content in the outbox of your corporate mailbox web version. Please make sure that the email reply record is retained in the outbox of the web version of the mailbox. Otherwise, even if the synchronization of inquiry recovery data is set, the system will not capture the reply record in the outbox (this may happen when replying through Outlook, Foxmail and other clients).
