In cross-border e-commerce operations, order management is one of the most important links. As a comprehensive e-commerce management tool, Dianxiaomi provides a wealth of order status to help sellers easily and efficiently process orders, track logistics, manage inventory, etc. The following will introduce in detail all the status of Dianxiaomi orders, and fully understand the order processing process and the meaning of various statuses.
1. All orders
Orders within 120 days: Orders within 120 days from the current time, including the most recent order information. However, it should be noted that due to the requirements of the Amazon platform for buyer privacy protection, ERP order display is limited, so orders within 120 days only display order information within the last 3 months or less.
Historical orders (only VIP can view): Order information more than 120 days from the current time. Different user levels store different historical data, VIP1 is 360 days, VIP2 is 1080 days, and VIP3 and above are unlimited. After upgrading to VIP, you can view historical orders immediately, provided that the calculation starts from the store authorization to Dianxiaomi, and the order needs to be synchronized to Xiaomi and the store authorization is not deleted in the middle.
2. Order Status
Unpaid: The order has not been paid yet, and the buyer needs to complete the payment process.
Under Risk Control: The order is being reviewed or risk controlled on the platform, and you need to wait patiently for the review to be completed before it can be processed normally.
Waiting for Review: According to the set order review rules, screen out orders that need special attention, and other orders enter the pending state.
Pending: The order has been reviewed, but no subsequent processing operations have been performed. In the pending state, multiple operations are supported, such as allocating logistics methods, setting customs declaration information in batches, merging orders/splitting orders, etc.
Waiting for Ordering in Stock: The goods in the order are in stock, and the order can be placed.
Waiting for Ordering Out of Stock: The goods in the order are out of stock, and the order can be placed after replenishing the inventory.
Waiting for Ordering (with exception): There is an exception in the order and further processing is required. Common exceptions include using the Xiaomi warehouse but shipping from a non-Xiaomi page.
Delivered: The order has been successfully shipped and the logistics information can be tracked. Successfully shipped orders will display different status icons depending on the situation.
Refunded: The order has completed the refund process and the funds have been returned to the buyer.
Ignored: The order is in an abnormal delivery status, such as platform cancellation of the order, overseas warehouse delivery, etc.
Completed: The order processing process has been completed, including the buyer confirming receipt or the seller agreeing to a refund.
Pending: Orders that are not being processed temporarily can be restored or no longer followed.
Through the above detailed introduction, I believe you have a comprehensive understanding of all the statuses and meanings of Dianxiaomi orders. In actual operations, depending on the order status, sellers can take corresponding operations and processing measures to better manage orders and improve operational efficiency.
