(i) Returns due to defective products (second-hand products)

Tips to avoid fines: Do not upload second-hand or refurbished products; double-check before packing.
(ii) Returns due to wrong products
Sellers will be fined if they do not ship the ordered products. Wrong products include products that do not match the pictures, products that do not match the content, and wrong products.

Tips to avoid fines: If there is insufficient inventory, please remove the product from the Seller Center backend; double-check whether the invoice and product in the package are consistent; affix logistics labels to the package before sending it to the sorting center; optimize product content if necessary, and create another SKU if you need to modify product specifications.
(III) Returns due to missing items/components
If the seller does not provide the product listed in the “What’s in the box” column of the product page, a fine will be incurred, including missing instruction manuals.
