(1)SKU Attributes

Different categories have different SKU attributes.

The specific filling steps are as follows:

Step 1: Select one or more items to create a combination.

Step 2: Fill in the price and inventory and upload images for each SKU, or click “Copy Last SKU Information” to copy the information of the previous SKU in the same combination (including uploaded images).

Step 3: After successful creation, the seller center will display detailed information.

The images of the package content, weight, size, etc. of the multi-attribute SKU must be consistent, otherwise the creation cannot be successful. If the multi-attribute SKU is different in color, the uploaded images can be inconsistent. If the content modified is size or weight, the images must be consistent.

(2)Seller SKU

SKU is a product ID to help sellers distinguish different products uploaded by themselves. When setting a SKU, it is recommended to use 3 to 50 English characters/numbers. You can use “-” and “_”, but to prevent upload errors, it is best not to use other symbols, especially semicolons “;” and commas “,”; repeated use of Seller SKU will cause upload failure, and deleted Seller SKUs cannot be used again. Sellers can click to activate or freeze SKUs.

(3)Price

①The price here refers to the original price. The price must include LGS shipping, Lazada commission, product cost, P card handling fee, etc.

②Special Price(discount price) cannot be less than 20% of the original price.

③All price units are local currencies, for example: the price of the Malaysian platform is settled in Malaysian Ringgit.

④The price must be reasonable: US$1 < sales price (original price or special price) < US$1,500. Products that exceed the reasonable price range/discount range will be frozen or rejected during review.

⑤Sales Start Date(Promotion Start Date)/Sales End Date(Promotion End Date): If there is a special offer, the sales start date must be filled in, and the end date is optional.

⑥Quantity(Stock) should be the stock reserved for Lazada. Sellers should fill in the actual stock and avoid filling in numbers such as “999” or “100” for all products.

If there are free items, please fill in the same format as “What’s in the box”.

(5)What’s in the box(What’s in the box)

The specific contents of the package must be filled in in the format of “Quantity x Item/Product Name”; please separate multiple items with commas.

(6) Package size and weight, product size and weight

Package size and weight are required, product size and weight are optional; only fill in numbers, keep up to two decimal places; the default unit of length is centimeters (cm), the default unit of weight is kilograms (kg), sellers cannot fill in the unit by themselves; please fill in the package weight correctly, otherwise it will affect the price conversion when copied to other countries.

(7)Taxes

Cross-border sellers can only select “Default”.

(8)Is sample

Please keep this item blank and do not select it; if you select “Yes”, this SKU will not be displayed in the front-end.

(9)Search Keywords

Keywords are the seller’s own product keywords; sellers can refer to other sellers’ similar products; can use Google keyword tools; can use keyword prompts in the front-end search bar.

(10) Requirements and suggestions for uploading product images

For products with gifts, you can add gift images to the main image; there is no specific format requirement for the main image with gift images; the following gift image template can be used as a reference.

(11) Manage images

Sellers can upload and edit images on the “Manage Images” page; the order of images can be changed here.

(12) Fill in Hazmat attributes.

Due to customs and logistics reasons, it is strongly recommended that sellers fill in the “Hazmat” column in the Seller Center backend when uploading SKUs individually or in batches. Please be sure to fill in the correct information.
