(I) Download the product information upload form
The steps to download the product upload form are as follows:
Step 1: Click the “Home” page to enter “My Products”.
Step 2: Click “Add New Products” in the “Batch Actions” drop-down menu.
Step 3: Click “Download” to download the product upload form (Upload Template).
(II) Fill in the product information upload form
1. Introduction to table terms
Category ID: Category IDs are different for each site.
Product Name: Pay attention to the character limit and add hot search keywords.
Price: Convert to local currency. The price in Singapore and Malaysia should be kept to one decimal place at most. For other sites, integers are recommended.
Weight: The packaging weight must be included.
Shipping time: It is recommended to fill in 5 natural days.
Variation: Pay special attention to the fact that different colors of the same style should be listed as different variations of the same product. A maximum of 20 variations can be added.
Image link (mage): You need to confirm that the image link can be opened; when uploading, the system will grab the image based on the UR, and currently does not support image corresponding variations.
2. Verification and export steps
Verification: Click “Validate” to start the macro, and then click this button to verify whether the form is filled in correctly;
Export file: After verification, click “Export”, the system will automatically generate a product listing table and save it as an Excel file (format .xlsx), which can be used to upload product information.
(III) Special Notes
(1) The character limit of each site is different: Singapore, Malaysia, and Thailand are all 80; Taiwan, China is 60; Indonesia is 100; and the Philippines is 60.
(2) New sellers should upload at least 200 SKUs for the first batch of products.
(3) After a new seller opens an account, it is recommended that you re-download the product batch upload form each time you upload a product to ensure that the form is the latest version.
(4) Shipping time: The time point displayed as shipped for orders from YTO and SLS channels is the time point when the warehouse signs for and processes the order. The domestic express delivery and warehouse processing time of about 2 working hours must be included in the shipping time. Except for the Taiwan site, sellers on other sites can only set DTS=5 days or DTS≥7 days, and products with DTS≥7 days will display a pre-sale label on the sales page.
(5) Each site uses local currency for transactions, so please use local currency for pricing. For sites that display fixed shipping fees on the front desk, remember that the shipping fee calculation formulas for each site are different when converting prices.
