Sellers will ship the products within 48 hours of receiving the order (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays), update the status to “Ready to Ship”, and send the package to the sorting center. The shipping rules are as follows:

(1) Do not combine orders for shipment.

(2) For bundled promotion orders, products in the order cannot be shipped separately. If you want to ship an order separately, please select different products in the order and operate “Ready to ship” separately. Then, use different tracking numbers and logistics labels to ship.

(4) Be sure to print the Invoice and LGS logistics label from the Seller Center. The Invoice is placed in the package with the product; the LGS logistics label is affixed to the package.

(5) Products that fail to be delivered on the Indonesian, Thai, Philippine, Vietnamese and Malaysian platforms but are still resaleable will stay in the local cross-border center for four weeks. During this period, if there is an order for the same product, it will be re-shipped directly. If no orders are placed during this period, the local cross-border center will return the product to the seller according to the general return procedure (except Vietnam).
