(I) Correct Practice
(1) Provide high-quality shipping labels, including: accurate consignee name, contact information and address; the barcode on the shipping label must be scannable; all information on the shipping label is readable.
(2) Appropriate packaging specifications to avoid damage to items.
(3) Provide accurate and updated tracking numbers to the seller platform on time.
(4) Ship in accordance with Lazada’s service level agreement.
(5) Always ensure sufficient inventory to meet orders.
If the seller does not meet all of the above requirements, Lazada has the right to stop providing LGS logistics services.
(II) Incorrect Practice
(1) Underreporting: The total declared value shown on the shipping label should match the total sales price of the items in the package.
(2) Misreporting: The product description shown on the shipping label should match the actual items in the package.
