For newly cloned products, sellers should check prices and update inventory after receiving this email. Otherwise, the seller’s edits to the product may be overwritten.
2. One-by-one and batch update methods
Sellers must check existing prices and inventories, and update prices and inventories according to their own needs. Sellers can update prices and inventories one by one on the “Seller Center” > “Manage Products” page.
It should be noted that sellers need to export documents from the background of each site for batch updates, and each SKU needs to enter the correct inventory. SKUs without inventory will not be able to go online, and the product name cannot be modified during the update.
In addition, sellers must update inventory in real time. SKUs that have not been updated for 60 days or more will be displayed as 0 inventory on the foreground, and SKUs whose inventory has not been updated for a long time will not receive cloning notification emails.
