The following items are prohibited from being sold on the Bukalapak platform:
(1) Narcotics and drugs.
(2) Guns, gun replicas, airguns, bullets or other types of bullets, sharp weapons, etc.
(3) Government and travel documents.
(4) Human organs and organs.
(5) Personal information.
(6) Police-related products, such as police uniforms and hats.
(7) Stolen goods.
(8) Robbery and theft accessories.
(9) Inflammable and explosive items.
(10) Pornography and sex toys.
(11) Printing utensils.
(12) Pirated CDs, DVDs and software.
(13) All kinds of animals.
(14) Services not officially cooperating with Bukalapak, such as donations, rentals, event promotion, etc.
(15) Trademarks.
(16) Cars and motorcycles not officially cooperating with Bukalapak.
(17) Car rims.
(18) Products that are not physical and cannot be registered, including express delivery, but only for Bukalapak accounts, e-books, and game accounts.
(19) Counterfeit goods, such as mobile phones, tablets, phablets, smart watches, etc., or parallel imports.
(20) Other items that are prohibited from free trade according to current Indonesian laws.
The following are the binding terms and conditions of the Bukalapak platform for sellers, which sellers should strictly abide by in case there are problems with their accounts but they cannot complain to the platform:
(1) If the product is not shipped within the time specified by the platform, it may result in a negative review.
(2) If the seller rejects 5 orders, he will receive 1 negative review.
(3) Sellers are only allowed to sell goods that are not included in the “prohibited goods” list.
(4) Sellers are obliged to place goods according to their categories and subcategories.
(5) Sellers are obliged to fill in the name or title of the item concisely.
(6) The minimum resolution of product images is 300 pixels.
(7) Sellers are not allowed to falsely mark prices.
(8) Sellers may not disclose their own information.
(9) Sellers may not list products repeatedly.
(10) Sellers may not sell other sellers’ products in a similar manner to follow-selling.
(11) Sellers may not provide their address information, contact number, email address, website, forum, social media username through the email function.
