Qoo10 Store Settings

After registering as a Qoo10 seller member, sellers need to log in to the Seller Center backend to complete the store information and homepage.

Log in to the Seller Center backend and fill in the settlement information as required, that is, the bank account number (personal account or company public account). In addition, you need to submit a copy of the company’s legal representative’s ID card. The file format must be jpg, doc or pdf, and the size cannot exceed 1.5MB.

When setting up the store homepage, enter the seller’s store name, seller’s store description, URL (seller’s store address) and category information. Then, according to the different requirements of individual or corporate sellers, send different information to seller_regist@qoo10.sg. Remember to note the Seller ID in the email. After successfully activating the store, you also need to send a screenshot of the Seller ID to the investment manager.

Qoo10 Store Opening Fees

(1) Qoo10 platform investment does not charge investment fees.

(2) There is no charge for uploading a single product, but 1Q gold coin is charged for uploading 1 SKU of products in batches.

(3) The initial commission for new sellers is 15%. As the sales volume of the store increases, the platform will rate the store, and the commission will be reduced for high-quality stores.

(4) In terms of annual fees, new sellers need to top up 10,000 Q coins (100 Singapore dollars, equivalent to about 400 yuan) to join the Qoo10 platform.

(5) Qoo10 payment method: both the company’s public account and personal account receive Singapore dollars, and personal accounts do not require a legal person; the platform will pay 15 days after confirming that the product has been delivered, and it must be confirmed that the receiving account can receive Singapore dollars.

Qoo10 logistics settings

(I) Sellers deliver by themselves

Sellers can set their own shipping rules: charge/conditionally free/cash on delivery (pay first)/free, and can also choose the shipping method and shipping company.

Enter the “Shipping” module of the store and click “Modify shipping fee information” to enter the logistics method editing page.

(II) Qoo10’s various shipping fee forms

(1) Free with conditions: Sellers can set it so that buyers can enjoy free shipping as long as they meet certain conditions.

(2) Charged: Shipping fee is charged regardless of the amount purchased.

(3) Free: Shipping is free regardless of the amount purchased.

(4) Increased by quantity: Additional shipping fee is charged after exceeding a certain quantity.

(5) Increased by weight: The excess weight is included in the shipping fee.

(6) Cash on delivery: Cash on delivery is not recommended for overseas sellers.
