If the seller forgets the store password, you can directly click “Forgot Password” on the login homepage. You will receive a password change email from Jumia, and then change the password according to the email requirements. After resetting the password, if you cannot log in to the store, you need to contact the corresponding investment manager to check whether the account is in Inactive status.

Submit a claim online

Raise a Claim is a backend service launched by Jumia to sellers in 2019. Sellers can submit their claims in the backend for any problems encountered in the operation process to seek solutions. Jumia platform has set up a team in Shenzhen to solve the problems encountered by Chinese sellers in the operation process. If you encounter billing problems, sellers can directly file a claim here. The specific operations are as follows:

Open the store backend and click “Raise a Claim” to enter the appeal page, then fill in and submit according to the requirements and prompts.

After the seller submits the claim, Jumia platform will process it within 3 working days and reply by email. The seller needs to reply to the email within 3 working days of receiving it, otherwise the appeal will be automatically closed and not processed. The email needs to be filled in English.
