In summary, although e-commerce is the hottest entrepreneurial project in Africa, it is not easy to survive. In Africa, dozens of e-commerce startups are established every year, and the competition is very fierce. With the increasing number of competitors, it is not easy for startups to successfully raise funds and expand. Without expansion, it is naturally difficult to obtain income. In Africa, more than 70% of e-commerce platforms are not profitable, and many platforms exit the market every year. Therefore, for cross-border e-commerce sellers, although the major e-commerce platforms in Africa seem to be similar, they should be more cautious in choosing a platform to avoid losing both money and people.
