(i) Selling prohibited or restricted goods will result in the account being closed

The prohibited goods that Kilimall prohibits from selling include: drugs, precursor chemicals and drug tools, firearms and ammunition, controlled instruments, military and police supplies, medicines, medical devices, and illegal products such as pornography, violence, vulgarity and aphrodisiacs.

The goods restricted for sale by Kilimall refer to the goods that require pre-approval for sale, license for operation or authorized operation before publishing the goods, otherwise the platform does not allow the release of goods.

(ii) Brand infringement is strictly prohibited

Brand infringement includes: trademark infringement, copyright infringement, and patent infringement. Publishing and selling goods suspected of infringing on the intellectual property rights of a third party may be complained by the intellectual property owner or buyer, and the platform will randomly check the information and product group names of the goods (including the goods removed from the shelves). If there is suspected infringement, the account is likely to be closed by the platform.

(iii) Product information cannot violate regulations

Product information violations are divided into the following categories.

(1) Category mismatch: refers to the inconsistency between the actual category of the product and the category selected for the product release.

(2) Attribute misselection: When the user releases a product, the category is selected correctly, but the selected attribute is inconsistent with the actual attribute of the product.

(3) Title or category mismatch: refers to the inconsistency between the product category or some keywords in the title and the actual product being sold.

(4) Product pricing seriously inconsistent with market conditions: The product pricing is too high or too low, which attracts the attention of buyers and deceives exposure during price sorting.

(5) Product replacement: refers to posting other products (including product upgrades, new products should be re-released) by modifying the title, price, picture, category, details and other information of the original product, thereby misleading buyers. However, if the modification only involves supplementing or correcting the original product information and does not involve product replacement, it will not be considered as “product replacement”.

(6) Duplicate distribution: There must be obvious differences between different products in fields such as title, price, picture, attribute, and detailed description.

(7) Description mismatch: refers to obvious mismatch between title, image, attributes, detailed description and other information.

(8) Title stuffing: refers to the use of keywords multiple times in the product title.

(9) Other inappropriate posting behaviors: including leaving contact information, linking advertisements to non-Kilimall platforms, stealing pictures, posting Chinese information, etc.

(10) For illegal behaviors such as search cheating, the platform adopts a deduction mechanism.
