(2) For stores that have generated orders, a certain amount of money will be deducted when applying for a deposit refund. At this point, it is possible that the seller has closed the store on his own, or that the seller has been cleared by the platform due to violations or other reasons. The specific settlement needs to be decided by the platform based on the actual situation of the seller, and there is no unified standard.
Specific operations for refunding the deposit:
The seller contacts the investment manager to fill out the “Deposit Refund Application Form”, fill in the form according to his actual situation, and then send the form by email to the platform deposit processing mailbox: seller.refund@kilimall.com.
