Kilimall Entry Requirements

(1) Store information: store name (in English), contact person, contact phone number, contact email address.

(2) Corporate sellers must provide company name, address, and a scanned copy of the original or duplicate of the company’s business license. Individual sellers must provide a scanned copy of the front and back of their ID card.

(3) The text and language filled in must be consistent with the actual information. For example, information about mainland companies must be filled in Chinese.

(4) The business scope of the company’s business license only needs to support any one of online sales, traditional import and export trade, and wholesale sales.

(5) Bank information (mainland company account or legal person’s private account) must be provided: name of the receiving account, account number, bank, branch name, and bank SWIF Code (international bank code).

(6) Corporate sellers can use the domestic bank card of the legal person or other persons authorized by the legal person.

Kilimall Brand Seller Settlement Process

Kilima does not allow the sale of counterfeit brands. Sellers need to upload their own brand certificates or third-party seller authorization certificates to the platform official website for review after successful settlement. Only after the review is passed can they sell brand products on the platform.

The specific operation process is: open “Shop” in the background of the seller center and select “Brand Application”.

Fill in the brand name and the first letter of the brand name as required, select the category to which the product belongs, and finally upload the brand logo.

When selecting the category to which it belongs, select the first-level category. This option is required. The uploaded brand logo is preferably on a white background and the size is 150pxx50px.
