(1) Send an email to the logistics company at least one working day in advance before shipment to obtain the warehouse entry number.
(2) Electrical products need to send MSDS with the advance email.
(3) One PO corresponds to one Packing List. It cannot be shipped in batches. Mobile phones and tablets need to apply for PO separately.
(4) If the goods actually received by the Jumia warehouse do not match the products or quantities in the JumiaExpress purchase order, the platform will take the actual goods and actual quantity as the basis and arrange the warehousing according to the recommended price of the product. After the product is put on the shelf, the seller can re-price the product in the Jumia Seller Center.
(5) One SKU can only be packed in the same box and cannot be packed in different boxes.
(6) To make an appointment for delivery, you need to send an email to the Jumia overseas warehouse 48~96 hours in advance and confirm the delivery time.
(7) For high-value goods, sellers can purchase insurance.
Get PO in Seller Center
Click “Products” > “Jumia Express” > “Send to Warehouse” > “Create New Request” on the homepage of the Seller Center, select SKU, and finally fill in the SKU information according to the pop-up box requirements.
