FBJ Account Application Guide

(1) Contact the merchant manager to obtain the “Jumia Overseas Warehouse Application Notice” and fill out the online application form to apply for a COD account. You need to register with an email address that is different from the one used for the direct mail account.

(2) The official review will take 3 to 5 working days.

(3) Check the review results via email. If the review is passed, the new email address you filled in will receive a password-changing email. If the review is not passed, you will receive an email stating that the review was not passed.

(4) Sellers who have passed the review need to bind the same P card account as the direct mail account within 1 working day. After the binding is completed, they need to inform the merchant manager to activate the account.

FBJ basic delivery process

Get “PO” (Purchase Order) in “Seller Center” → prepare goods and make packing list documents → send advance email to logistics company to book space and obtain SO# (warehouse number) → pack according to specifications and affix Jumia SKU barcode and outer box label → ship to logistics company warehouse → after international transportation is completed, send email to Jumia overseas warehouse to make an appointment for delivery → wait for goods to be put on the shelves.
