Unreviewed products
(1) Products that have not been created will be in the “Editing” state after clicking “Save” and can be modified and edited for the second time.
(2) “Review failed” means that the product has been submitted for review but has not passed the review. You can click the “History” button in the “Page Navigation” to view the reason why the product review failed.
(3) “Awaiting review” means that the product has been created and “Submit for review” has been clicked.
Products on sale
(1) “On sale” means the normal sales status of the product.
(2) “Discontinued” means the product has been removed from the shelves due to inventory and other factors.
(3) “Sold out” means the product has zero inventory, or the SKU has been added, deleted, or changed during the event.
(4) In “Items on Sale”, you can click “All Items on Sale” to export the Items on Sale table for corresponding management.
Category Attribute Management
Step 1: Click “Create New”.
Step 2: Fill in the SKU attribute information (product name) and SKU attribute value (product specification). The corresponding SKU attribute names should be filled in in the following order: EN (English); CN (Chinese); FR (French). Click “Add Row”, double-click “SKU Attribute Value Name (English)” and “SKU Attribute Value French Name” and sort them. For example, if Shoulder Bag is the attribute name, Small and Large are the SKU attribute value names, S and L are the SKU attribute value French names, and the sorting is 1 and 2 respectively.
Step 3: Select the corresponding category. For example, if you select “Shoulder Bag” in “Luggage and Bags”, click “Confirm Selection”, then click “Save”, and finally you can create it in the product, select “Luggage and Bags” > “Shoulder Bag” > “Multiple SKU Product”, pull down the SKU attribute to check whether the setting is successful.
User consultation
Buyers can leave messages on the store product page and ask questions about the product. Sellers can reply to buyers’ questions about the product in this module.
However, due to the 5-8 hour time difference between African countries and China, the peak ordering time may be in the evening in China. Sellers are requested to pay attention to the backstage reply to improve user experience and facilitate orders.
