1. Freight Rate Standard

The freight rate standard is the unit price of freight, which is the standard for Kikuu platform to collect freight from buyers on behalf of sellers. The platform will settle this amount to sellers, and it is also the standard for users to prepay Shipping Fee online. Kikuu platform charges fees based on the actual weight of the goods, with the weight unit in grams (g), the unit price of freight in US dollars, and the exchange rate for the return is based on the exchange rate on the day of the return.

2. Usage Rules

When creating a product, you can select “Not Free Shipping” on the details page of a single product, or choose to create a freight template applicable to multiple products. If you select a freight template, the freight standard of the product will be based on the freight template. Click “Create New Template” to set the unit price of freight for the product in “Freight Template Details”.

If you select “Not Free Shipping”, you need to fill in a custom freight unit price. For example, if the price of a product is $5, but shipping is not included in Ghana, the weight is 2kg, and the custom shipping price is $7, then the cost displayed when the Ghanaian user places an order is: 5+(2×7)=19 (US dollars).

If “Free shipping” is selected, the custom shipping price is 0 (not modifiable). For example, if the price of a product is $5, shipping is included, and the weight is 2kg, the cost displayed when the user places an order is only $5, which means that this cost already includes shipping.

At the end of the page, fill in the product number that applies to the fee standard and save it to create a shipping template.

3. Notes

(1) Sellers can create shipping templates according to their own classification methods, or create templates separately according to product types, such as ordinary products and special products (including batteries).

(2) For existing products, if you do not set a shipping template yourself, the platform will default to using the shipping standard on the upper part of the shipping template page.

(3) If you need to customize the shipping fee, you need to set it in the Kikuu backend, and you cannot set it on the ERP.

(4) The “shipping fee” in the shipping fee template is the logistics fee collected in advance from the buyer. The logistics fee actually charged by the Kikuu platform to the seller is calculated based on the actual weight of the goods after they arrive at the domestic transit warehouse in China and the freight standard.

(5) The shipping fee actually charged by the Kikuu platform to the seller can be viewed in the seller’s backend “Warehouse Information” > “HT Order Logistics Information”.

Product Recycling Bin

The seller can delete the goods on sale, and the goods will be transferred to the “Product Recycling Bin”. The original number of goods that a store can publish is limited, but the goods in the “Product Recycling Bin” are not included in this limit, and the goods in the recycling bin can be operated again.

I Want User Demand

The seller can check what goods the user needs in the backend I Want User Demand. If there are products that users need in the store, the seller can contact the category operation manager on QQ and provide the product number and I Want number to promote ordering.
