The specific steps for bulk upload are as follows:
Step 1: Enter the Seller Center backend, click “Catalogue” > “Add a New Product” > “Create New Products in Bulk”.
Step 2: Select a category according to the category tree on the left, and then click “Next” to upload product pictures.
When uploading pictures, the picture resolution must be greater than 800×800; multiple pictures can be uploaded for the same product; pictures are arranged in the order of upload; a URL link will be generated after the pictures are uploaded from the local computer.
Step 3: Fill in the product information. When filling in the product information, please pay attention to the following points.
(1) Select Brands [Optional]: It is recommended not to select it and skip it directly to “Next”, because the bulk upload template used later has the required item “Brand”.
(2) Search Here: If you want to fill in the brand, click “Search Here” and enter the first 2 to 3 letters of the brand name, and then select according to the prompts. If there is no brand name option, the seller needs to contact customer service to help add it.
Step 4: Download the batch upload template file. Required attributes can only be selected from the template, and cannot be written by yourself, otherwise the upload will fail.
Step 5: Generate a link for the uploaded image in Paytm Mall and copy it into the table. Multiple attached images are separated by semicolons “;”. Sellers can also use their own image links, and multiple attached images are separated by semicolons “;”. If the delivery time is not filled in, the default is two days.
Step 6: Save the edited document in CSV format and click Submit to upload.
