Next, you can view the compliance information of the relevant country;
Fill in the information about dangerous goods;

3. Query order status
You can view the order status from the history, including submitted, accepted, processing, completed and cancelled.
4. Contact customer service
If you have any questions, you can ask various questions about the use of the system through “Contact Customer Service Center”. After successful submission, you will receive a confirmation email from ects-communication@amazon.com. Customer service staff will reply within 24 hours.
