The carrier transports the goods to the terminal station and hands them over to the consignee according to the waybill, and handles the entire transportation with joint liability.
There are two new and old “Eurasian Continental Bridges” in my country’s international railway combined transport lines to Europe: one is the old Eurasian Continental Bridge that uses Russia’s Siberian Continental Bridge to connect the Middle East and European countries; the other is the new Eurasian Continental Bridge that connects Lianyungang, Jiangsu, Xinjiang and Kazakhstan Railway, and passes through Russia, Poland, Germany to Rotterdam, the Netherlands.
With the opening of the China-Europe Express under the Belt and Road Initiative, more cross-border railway lines are opening from various cities in China to all parts of the world.
