With the rapid rise of the e-commerce industry, Doudian, as an emerging e-commerce platform, has attracted many sellers to settle in. In the operation of Doudian, setting up sub-accounts is a very important operation for sellers. By setting up sub-accounts, sellers can better manage their stores and improve work efficiency. So, how do Doudian sellers set up their own sub-accounts?
1. Sellers use the main account to log in to the [Seller Backstage]. Enter the official website of Doudian in the browser, enter the seller backstage login page, enter the main account and password, and log in. After successful login, click the [Shop] tab, and then select [Sub-account Management] in the drop-down menu. On the [Sub-account Management] page, click the [Account Management] tab, and then find the [New Account] button on the right side of the page, and click to add a sub-account.
2. When adding a sub-account, you need to fill in the relevant information of the sub-account. First, select the position to which the sub-account belongs in [Position]. If you are adding a sub-account for the first time, you need to create a new position first. Click the [Create a New Position] button, fill in the position name, position description and other information in the pop-up dialog box, and then click the [OK] button to create a new position. After creating a new position, select the position you just created in [Position].
3. Enter the mobile phone number of the sub-account in the mobile phone number input box, and then click the [Send Verification Code] button. At this time, the system will send the verification code to the mobile phone number. Fill in the verification code received by the mobile phone number in the “Verification Code” input box in the figure below. It is recommended that the main account user & sub-account user add face to face, or keep communication smooth to ensure timely input of the verification code.
4. If you need to use Fei Ge IM to communicate with consumers, please select [Enable]. Fei Ge IM is an instant messaging tool provided by Doudian that can help sellers communicate and interact with consumers better. It is recommended that all “Customer Service” positions enable IM permissions, which can improve the work efficiency and service quality of customer service. After enabling IM permissions, click the [OK] button to complete the addition of the sub-account.
5. After adding successfully, the system will automatically jump to the [Account Management] page, where you can check the “Authorization Status”. Under normal circumstances, the authorization status will directly display as “Authorized”, indicating that the sub-account has been successfully created and authorized. At this point, the sub-account has been created and you can start using it to manage and operate your store.
In short, setting up a sub-account is one of the important means for Doudian sellers to manage and operate their stores. By setting up sub-accounts reasonably, you can improve work efficiency, reduce management costs, and provide consumers with better services.
