Export supervision warehouses are customs-specific supervision warehouses established with the approval of the customs for the storage, bonded logistics distribution, and circulation value-added services of goods that have completed customs export formalities. They are divided into export distribution warehouses and domestic carry-over warehouses. Export distribution warehouses store export goods for the purpose of actual departure; domestic carry-over warehouses refer to export goods stored for domestic carry-over. Export supervision warehouses can store the following goods:
① General trade export goods;
② Processing trade export goods;
③ Export goods transferred from other customs special supervision areas and places;
④ Export distribution warehouses can store goods imported for the assembly of export goods, as well as packaging materials imported for the replacement of export supervision warehouse goods packaging;
⑤ Other goods that have completed customs export formalities.
Export supervision warehouses shall not store the following goods:
① Goods prohibited from entering or leaving the country;
② Goods restricted from entering or leaving the country without approval;
③ Other goods that are not allowed to be stored according to customs regulations.
