There are general and special procedures for customs inspection. The following mainly discusses the special procedures:
(1) Written inspection procedure
Inspectors do not need to go to the site and can only inspect the enterprise in written form. It is suitable for simple, low-risk inspection tasks that only require confirmation by the enterprise, including inspection tasks such as export return investigations and technical trade measures impact investigations that only require written investigations according to regulations.
(2) Online inspection procedure
This procedure mainly implements operations in the form of online inspections. Currently, it is mainly aimed at the inspection business of online regulated enterprises and advanced certified enterprises.
(3) Batch inspection procedure (merged inspection procedure)
For multiple inspection tasks, the inspection plan is formulated, approved and fed back in batches at one time. On-site inspection is also completed by one or more inspection teams to complete multiple inspection tasks at one time. It is suitable for inspection tasks with concentrated workload, strong repetition and low corruption risk, such as inspection tasks of imported goods entering the domestic market.
