1. How to activate the official subsidy door-to-door pickup service
Backend operations on the PC: Sellers first need to log in to the Pinduoduo PC backend and enter the “Full Managed Delivery Order” page. On this page, the seller will see an option for “Official subsidy door-to-door pickup address setting”. After clicking, the seller will enter the address selection interface. Please select the seller’s pick-up address and return address here, and confirm submission. After completing the above steps, the seller’s store has successfully opened the official subsidy door-to-door pickup service.
Pinduoduo Seller Edition APP Operation: For sellers who are accustomed to using mobile devices, sellers can operate through the Pinduoduo Seller Edition APP. Similarly, after entering the “Fully Managed Invoice” page, click on the “blue prompt bar” on the page to view it. After selecting the pickup address and return address, click Submit to activate the service.
2. Door-to-door collection time for express delivery
After activating the service, sellers do not need to worry about the door-to-door collection time for express delivery. The platform will automatically arrange a suitable collection time for the seller based on the seller’s delivery order time. The specific arrangements are as follows:
For delivery orders between 07:00-15:00 on the same day, the pick-up time is 15:30;
For delivery orders between 15:00-17:00 on the same day Invoices, door-to-door pickup time is 17:30;
Delivery orders between 17:00-24:00 on the same day and 0:00-07:00 the next day will be scheduled at 08:00 the next day. 30 door-to-door pickup.
3. View delivery orders that have been placed
In order to facilitate sellers to view and manage delivery orders, the platform provides corresponding functions in the backend and APP.
Computer background: Under the “Pending Delivery-Picked Courier Order Number” page, sellers can view the express delivery that has been automatically ordered by the system. When the official subsidized express delivery is successfully delivered to your door, these delivery orders will be automatically transferred to the “Delivered” page.
Pinduoduo Seller Edition APP: On the “Pending Shipment” page, sellers can view express delivery that has been automatically ordered by the system through filter combinations. Similarly, when the official subsidized express delivery is successfully delivered to your door, these delivery orders will automatically be transferred to the “Delivered” page.
4. Support the function of picking up items immediately
In order to meet sellers’ flexible needs for delivery time, the platform has also launched the function of “picking up items immediately”. Sellers can click the button to reserve a door-to-door pick-up time for official subsidized express delivery before the system has placed an express delivery order. The specific appointment time rules are as follows:
Click the button from 00:00-7:00 to make an appointment for pick-up at 08:30;
Click the button from 07:00-17:00 , call the current time and add half an hour for the door-to-door appointment time;
Click the button from 17:00 to 24:00 to make an appointment for the door-to-door pick-up time at 08:30 the next day.
