List FBA products in bulk
Learn how to use inventory template files to upload product information in bulk instead of listing each product individually.
You can create product information in bulk for FBA products by uploading a tab-delimited list. You can download inventory file templates for specific Amazon categories and then use them to create product information files.
For more information about bulk listing items, see Inventory file templates.
After successfully uploading your listing, you can use the FBA shipping attribute template to update FBA-specific product information that is not included in the inventory file template.
When you use these inventory file templates to create FBA products, be sure to include the following information:
In the Fulfillment Center Number column (Fulfillment Center Number), Enter “Amazon (North America)” for the products you will sell through FBA. If you plan to ship this item yourself (seller fulfilled), leave this field blank or enter “Default.” If you want to sell these products through FBA and fulfill them yourself, you’ll need to create two listings, one for each fulfillment type.
In the Quantity column (Quantity), leave this field blank for FBA products. You’ll use these tools in your seller account to update quantities when you create a shipping plan. If you want to ship the item yourself (seller fulfills it yourself), please enter the quantity of the item you currently have in stock.
