An inactive seller refers to a seller who has no signs of active operations in the past 15 days.

Lazada requires sellers to actively operate their stores on Lazada to ensure a good shopping experience for all buyers. We understand your need for vacation or adjustments. If you have no one to manage your store during your vacation, we strongly recommend that you set your store to vacation mode.
This may help you too! You’ll avoid giving buyers an unpleasant shopping experience because you’re on vacation and can’t process orders in a timely manner, resulting in a bad rating.
What happens when a seller becomes inactive?
When a seller is inactive for 15 days, the store status will change to “Holiday Mode”.
When a store is put into holiday mode, the store’s products will not be visible, but this does not mean that the products are offline, but consumers will not see the store’s products at the front desk.
The store will receive an email indicating that the store status has been adjusted to holiday mode.

How to turn off/on vacation mode?
Sellers can see the store’s holiday mode status in “Profile”. Sellers can click “Profile”-“Holiday Mode”-“Yes” to turn on holiday mode. You can click “Profile”-“Holiday Mode”-“No” to turn off holiday mode.
