First, let’s introduce some commonly used Google ad types: Search, Display, and Shopping.
1. Search advertising
When potential customers search in the Google search engine, the advertisement will appear in the top search results. For example, if the main product is iPhone case, you can add “iPhone case” as a keyword in the AdWords campaign. When customers enter “buy iPhone case” into the Google search engine, your ad may appear in the search results. If the “Ad” logo is displayed in the search results and there is only a text introduction, it is a search ad.
Search ads include three parts: title, display URL, and description.
2. Display advertising
Display advertising can be simply understood as affiliate advertising. For example, a picture or text advertisement you see on a blog or in an email.
3. Shopping ads
Shopping ads are ads displayed in the Google Shopping section.
Shopping ads are divided into the following two types:
(1) Product Sopping Ads.
(2)Showcase Shopping Ads.
