1. Store logistics method setting
In order to ensure normal delivery of products after sale, sellers need to pre-set the logistics method of the corresponding product before uploading the product, and enter “Shop Management” on the homepage of the seller center. Shop Settings” “My Shipping”, you can set the store’s logistics channel. Select “Standard Express” to set SLS standard logistics, and other logistics methods can be turned off.
Note: The seller needs to set up the store logistics method before the store products are put on the shelves. If the products have been put on the shelves before setting up the store logistics method, the logistics method needs to be modified for each product to use SLS logistics.
2. SLS cash on delivery method settings
(1) Open the market for cash on delivery methods
Currently, the Shopee platform can provide cash on delivery (tocasondelivery, COD) functional market.
(2) Cash on delivery setting method
Enter “Shop Settings” “MyShipping” in the seller center to set up the store logistics channel, and click the COD button to open the corresponding SLSCOD service.
After COD is turned on, buyers can choose whether to use COD when placing orders. Orders that buyers choose to use COD will be sent to the local area by SLS and collect payment on behalf of the seller. After successful payment, the money will be transferred to Shopee The seller’s payment account, the payment method for COD orders is the same as the payment method for online payment orders.
3. Modify the logistics method for a single product
For a single product that has been uploaded, when you need to modify the logistics method, you can click on the need to modify the logistics method in the “My Products” interface The product.
Enter the product editing interface, open “Standard Express” in the “Shipping” interface, that is, set the logistics method of the product to SLS logistics.
4. Modify the logistics method in batches
If you need to modify the logistics method of multiple products in batches, you can enter “My Products” – “All” on the “My Products” interface , click the “Batch Actions” button.
Enter the batch editing interface for existing products and click “Express options” “Edit shipping info”.
You can also download batch editing forms.
In the downloaded “Mass-edit-shipping” form, set all “Standard Express” logistics methods to “On”.
Finally, upload the set form to the Seller Center according to the original path.
