Sellers can add/change the store’s return and exchange address through “My Address” for buyers to use for returns and for the platform to process sellers’ returns. Note that if the return address is not set in time, when an abnormal item occurs, the package will be destroyed because the store does not have a return address.

Click “Shop Settings” – “My Addresses” in the Shopee Seller Center to enter the “My Addresses” interface.

1. Add the return address in “My Addresses”

(1) In the “Country/Region” column, select “ChinaMainland” (Mainland China)

(2) After completing the address information, set the address to “Set as seller return address” (set to the seller’s return address).

After setting the return address, click “Edit” to make changes based on the original address and save it, and you are done. Changes in address information.
