Through the study of the first two chapters, we have a preliminary understanding of the Shopee platform. This chapter focuses on introducing each functional section of the Shopee backend. The content displayed in the backend of each site is the same, and there are mainly 6 major sections. Due to translation reasons, the section titles may be different. The following explanation will focus on the title content displayed after translation on the Malaysian site. Enter the seller login URL of the site (the Shijia login URL of each site is different), enter the account name and password, and after logging in, you will enter the Shopee platform’s seller center homepage. There are 6 major sections listed on the left. We can use these sections to conduct account details. Operation, these 6 major sections will be introduced in detail later.

The middle column shows 6 parts, which are simplified versions of the contents of each section on the left, and are displayed in sequence as follows. (1) To-do list. The “To Do List” section displays the things that the seller needs to deal with, including “Unpaid”, “Pending Shipments”, “Processed Shipments”, “Pending Returns/Refunds”, “Pending Cancellations”, “Prohibited Products” and “Processed Products”. (3)My marketing activities. In the “My Marketing Activities” section, we can see the remaining budget for keyword advertising, which reminds us to recharge advertising costs in time; we can also see Shopee activities, which shows the activities that can be participated in in the near future.

(4) Popular tools. The “Popular Tools” section includes “My Discounts”, “Coupons”, “Set Offers”, “Follow Gifts” and “Popular Selection”. This part of the content corresponds to part of the content of the “Marketing Center” section.

(5)Performance. The “Performance” section reflects the quality of various indicators of the store, including the performance data of four items: “Order Completion Rate,” “Shipment Method,” “Buyer Satisfaction,” and “Violation of Shelf Specifications”

(6) Score. The “Score” section displays the overall performance score of the store.
