When the order is waiting for shipment, we must first complete the stocking, then click the order in the background to apply for a shipping code. The Shopee platform provides downloads of shipping labels, shipping picking sheets, and packing lists. If the shipment is large, use a shipping pick list and packing list to facilitate inventory counting. During normal processing of small orders, we only need to download shipping labels.
The shipping label is a sheet of size 10cmX10m, containing the order number (Order ID), tracking number (Tracking NO), recipient address (Ship To) and contact information (Tel). The receipt needs to be printed with a label printer and thermal printing paper, and then attached to the package after printing. We must pay attention to the barcode on the receipt being kept clear and not covered by tape or folded.
The goods of the same order can only be packed into one package, and one face sheet can only be affixed to one package. If there are two items in an order, the two items need to be put into one package and affixed with a single label.
After attaching the receipt, we need to pack the package one more layer and send it to the corresponding warehouse on the Shopee platform. At this time, domestic express delivery will generally affix a domestic express delivery label. After receiving the package, the Shopee platform warehouse will open the outer package and deliver the inner package with the Shopee platform label to the buyer.
If we have multiple orders in the same country that need to be sent to the warehouse at the same time, we can put multiple packages into one package and add identification cards and send them to the warehouse on the Shopee platform. The size of the identification card is also 10cmX10cm. The identification card must indicate the seller’s company name, the corresponding country code, and the number of small packages in the package. After the warehouse personnel unpack the large packages, they will deliver the smaller packages to the buyers.
The country codes are MY (Malaysia), ID (Indonesia), PH (Philippines), TH (Thailand), VN (Vietnam), and SG (Singapore).
We need to take photos and retain evidence before the goods are shipped. When the goods are lost, we can make a claim to Shopee Logistics Customer Service based on the photos and logistics order number.
