The seller’s Shopee platform store needs to meet all the following requirements:

(1) The Shopee platform store has completed 3 weeks of incubation

(2) No penalties in the last 4 weeks.

(3)The store rating is no less than 4.6 points.

(4) The response rate of “Chat Chat” is no less than 70%.

(5) More than 95% of SKUs are set to ship in 2 days (i.e. DTS≤2).

(6) 100% authentic (if the buyer buys counterfeit goods, the seller will be charged twice the buyer’s purchase price as a penalty).

(7) Comply with the 15-day no-questions-asked return policy (unless otherwise stated, a return airway bill must be filled in the package).
