Dashboard

After clicking on Business Advisor, the homepage panel is displayed, which covers the basic data of the store’s real-time operation and the overall data overview. The entire homepage mainly includes four parts.

It should be noted here that the overall data performance is updated at 9 o’clock every morning, and it is East Eighth District time. Realtime Performance: Data display for each period of the day, refresh time is 2-3 seconds/time, including payment amount (Revenue), number of visitors (Visitors), number of buyers (Buyers), and page views (Pageviews) And payment order volume (Orders).

Live Monitor: You can click to view the store’s daily real-time data performance.

Real-time Ranking: You can click the “More” button in the upper right corner to view the top 100 products by sales volume and the top 100 visitors.

The second part of the homepage is the key metrics of the store (Key Metrics). Here you can view and download some core data reports.

In this part, you can choose to view data at several time nodes, and click the “Export” button on the right to download the Excel table:

?Yesterday

< p>?Last 7 Days

Last 30 Days

Select a day in the past 90 days according to a single day< /p>

?Select a week among the past 14 weeks based on a single week (Week)

?Select a certain month among the past 13 months based on a single month (Month)

< p>I have to emphasize here that due to the historical time limit problem, for example, selecting by month can search up to a certain day in the past 13 months. Assume that in April 2020, you want to review the data of Double 11 in 2018. It cannot be found. Therefore, you must develop the habit of saving data during major events and periods of significant data change. It would be better if you can persist in saving and tracking data every day. These 15 items of data are:

? Payment amount (Revenue)

? Number of visitors (Visitors)

? Conversion rate (Conversion rate)

?Revenue per buyer (Revenue per buyer)

?Page views (Pageviews)

?Number of buyers (Buyers)

?Payment Order volume (Orders)

? Average order value (Average Order Value)

? Number of units sold (Units sold)

? Shopping basket size (Average Basket Size)

?The number of wishlist visitors (Wishlist visitors)

?The number of wishlists (Wishlist)

The third part of the homepage is the Product Dashboard , used to check the hot-selling and slow-selling performance of the items on sale.

The content here intuitively displays the relevant data of “products”. Through this data, you can grasp the problems related to the store’s products in real time. Many merchants tend to ignore this part of the content, and even fail to solve problems when they see them. This is not conducive to the healthy development of the store.

?in stock(%) The proportion of available products for purchase (the higher, the better)

?viewed SKUs(%) The proportion of viewed SKUs (the higher, the better)

?selling SKUs (%) with payment ratio (the higher, the better)

?Ranking by Visitors and Ranking by Revenue Hot-selling SKU “visitor list” and “order amount list”

The fourth part of the homepage is the Promotion Tool Board. This part reflects the effect of using various tools. This part allows merchants to understand how much sales their coupons and other tools have contributed to the store. This includes:
