Once such behavior occurs and is discovered by the platform, the platform has the right to close the consumer account and punish the seller accordingly.
(3) For those users who have registered accounts on the platform or TradeManager, if they have not passed identity authentication or have not logged in for more than one year, the platform has the right to make a decision to terminate or withdraw their accounts.
(4) If a seller violates the rules of the platform, he or she will not be allowed to re-register after his account is closed by the platform. Once such behavior is discovered, the platform will immediately close his account.
(5) Users must use their own email addresses when registering, and the platform has the right to verify their email addresses.
(6) The account ID of the platform is automatically assigned by the system and cannot be modified.
(7) If the seller is authenticated through Alipay, ID card or other methods, no matter whether the account is opened or not, it cannot be unbound with personal identity information.
(8) On this platform, each member can only have one main account for selling goods.
(9) If a Chinese supplier has serious violations on the Alibaba platform and is shut down, the services or products related to the platform will also be stopped at the same time.
◆Business Rules
(1) To publish goods for sale on the platform, sellers must meet the following conditions: The account must be authenticated with a real-name Alipay account or other authentication methods for personal identity. Binding: Provide true and valid information such as name, address, business license, etc.
(2) Sellers can publish products if they meet the above conditions. Only when the number reaches 10 can they create a store. If the number is lower than this number, the platform has the right to close the store, but the products will still be retained.
◆Timeout regulations
(1) Payment timeout
If the consumer does not pay more than 20 days after placing the order, or the payment does not arrive, the order will be .will be closed after a timeout.
(2) Cancel order
Consumers can apply to cancel the order during the period after placing the order and successfully paying and before the seller delivers the goods.
After the consumer chooses to cancel the order, the seller can negotiate with the seller. There are two outcomes of the negotiation: if the seller agrees, the order can be closed and the payment can be refunded in full; second, if the seller disagrees and has already issued If the goods are received, the order will continue. In addition, there is also a situation where the seller does not perform any operations, then the order can also be closed after the delivery timeout, and the consumer’s payment can also be refunded in full.
(3) Delivery extension period
If the seller fails to deliver the goods on time after the consumer places the order and successfully pays, and the seller does not cancel the order, the order will be automatically entered. During the two-day delivery extension period, if a consumer applies to cancel an order during this period, the order can be closed directly without confirmation from the seller.
(4) Delivery timeout
After the consumer successfully places the order and pays, if the seller cannot deliver the goods within the specified time limit, he or she can negotiate with the seller on their own, and the consumer will be responsible after reaching an agreement. To apply for an extension of the delivery period, the seller must complete the delivery within the negotiated period; if the seller still fails to deliver the goods within the negotiated period, the order will be closed due to delivery timeout and a full refund will be issued, and the order will be It is included in the transaction and is not sold.
(5) Confirmation of receipt timeout
After the seller delivers the goods, the consumer must confirm receipt within a certain period of time. Different logistics services have different deadlines: UPS, TNT The deadline for commercial express delivery such as , FedEx and DHL is within 23 days, the deadline for express express lines such as EMS and SF Express is within 27 days, and the deadline for postal air parcels is within 39 days.
During this period, the seller should communicate with the consumer in a timely manner on the receipt of the goods. If the consumer does not receive the goods, the seller can extend the time for the consumer to receive the goods. If the consumer never receives the goods, the seller can extend the delivery time. If you confirm receipt of the goods and do not apply for a refund, it will be deemed that the confirmation of receipt has timed out and the order is deemed to be completed.
(6) Apply for a refund
If consumers want to apply for a refund, they must apply within the following time range: after the seller fills out the delivery notice, starting from the 6th day , UPS, TNT, FedEx, DHL and other commercial express delivery deadlines are 23 days, express delivery lines such as EMS and SF Express have a deadline of 27 days, and postal air parcels have a deadline of 39 days.
◆Logistics rules

(2) The seller must deliver goods according to the logistics method selected by the consumer. If changes are needed, they must negotiate with the consumer and obtain consent. No changes are allowed without consent.
(3) The logistics waybill number provided by the seller must be true and valid, and guaranteed to be able to be queried.
(4) If the seller chooses air parcel as the shipping method, it must be registered.
(5) In the past 30 days, if there are two or more “goods not received” disputes using the air parcel logistics service used by the seller, and the dispute rate exceeds 50%, then the platform has the right to restrict its use of this logistics service.
