International e-mail is a new economical international mail service tailored by China Post for Chinese e-commerce merchants to meet the needs of the international e-commerce delivery market. International c-mail is mainly an airmail service for light and small items. It is a parcel delivery service for Chinese e-commerce merchants to more than 32 countries or regions such as the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, France, and Australia.

International e-mail belongs to China Post Express Logistics Co., Ltd., and its official website is http:/shipping.ems.com.cn. It is different from China Post International Parcel.

2. Shipping restrictions

International e-mail has certain requirements for parcel weight and volume.

International e-mail has the following requirements for the type of goods:

?Built-in battery products can be sent to some destination countries/regions, and they must be packaged and sorted independently as required when shipping.

?Ordinary items can be sent, but goods that are expressly prohibited from export by the country cannot be sent, such as aviation embargoed items, infringing products, etc.

3. Rate standards

For different countries or regions, the delivery fee and handling fee of international e-mail are different. The delivery fee is calculated by g. Some countries require a weight of 50g, and the weight of the package cannot exceed 2kg. Currently, international e-mail supports more than 32 countries or regions.

4. Delivery range

The delivery range generally covers the entire mainland of the destination country or region, but some countries or regions have restrictions, as explained below.

(1) United States – Delivery to mainland, all territories outside the mainland and overseas military mail addresses.

(2) United Kingdom – Delivery to mainland, Channel Islands and Isle of Man.

(3)France——Delivery is available only to the mainland area. Delivery is not available to areas with postal codes starting with 01-95 and their overseas territories, including Corsica, Guadeloupe, Martinique, French Guiana, Reunion, Saint-Pierre and Miquelon, and Mayotte.

(4)Germany——The areas and postal codes that cannot be covered are as follows.

5. Timeliness of delivery

Under normal circumstances, International e-mail can complete delivery within 7-10 working days, except for special circumstances such as holidays, policy adjustments, insufficient transportation capacity during peak seasons, delays due to blizzards, and remote destinations.

8. Returned or Lost Parcels

Return Instructions:

?Mail returned by security inspection or customs during export will be returned to the sender.

?For returned parcels due to other reasons such as undeliverable or refusal by the recipient, the destination country will regularly return the mail to China (e-mail to Germany does not provide centralized return service for the time being), and China Post will return it to the sender.

?Returns are free of charge, but the delivery fees already incurred are not refundable.

?The return period from the destination country is generally 1 to 3 months.

?Personalized return services such as designated return locations are not supported.

Lost item compensation:

?No mail tracking service is provided, and no compensation or compensation is provided for loss, delay, damage, etc.

?No commitment or compensation is made for problems such as the lack of logistics information in the destination country or region and the lack of successful delivery information.

?Customers can purchase insurance separately, and those who have purchased insurance will be handled according to the insurance service standards.

9. Collection outlets

Collection methods:

?Door-to-door collection: China Post courier personnel will collect the items at your door. Free collection for 5 or more parcels, and an additional 5 yuan operation fee will be charged for less than 5 parcels.

?Merchant self-delivery: E-commerce merchants deliver mail parcels to international e-mail collection and delivery outlets by themselves.

?Merchant delivery: No delivery is supported.

Currently, there are more than 32 cities where postal couriers collect mail from door to door: Beijing, Tianjin, Qingdao, Suzhou, Nanjing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Yiwu, Wenzhou, Fuzhou, Zhangzhou, Xiamen, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Dongguan, Taizhou, Jinhua, Putian, Foshan, Zhongshan, Jiaxing, Chengdu, Wuhan, Shenyang, Dalian, Shijiazhuang, Zhengzhou, Nanyang, Kunming, Wuxi, Chongqing, etc.

Service outlets:

International e-mail service outlets are relatively independent and different from the China Post International Parcel service outlets of the post office. International e-mail service outlets can collect International e-mail and EMS, but cannot collect China Post International Parcel, and vice versa.
