Foreign postal international parcels refer to postal air international parcels from countries other than China, providing two types of services: surface mail and registered mail. Foreign postal international parcels are generally named after the country name, such as the Netherlands Postal Parcel, Singapore Postal Parcel, Swedish Postal Parcel, Swiss Postal Parcel, US Postal Parcel, Turkey Postal Parcel, UK Postal Parcel, Belgium Postal Parcel, Russia Postal Parcel, etc. Domestic cross-border e-commerce merchants usually remove the word “postal” to make their abbreviations easier to read. For example, the Netherlands Postal Parcel is referred to as “Dutch Parcel”, the Turkish Postal Parcel is referred to as “Turkish Parcel”, and so on.
Foreign postal international parcels are more relaxed than China Postal International Parcels in terms of shipping restrictions on live products, pure batteries, liquid and solid cosmetics, etc., thus becoming a very important cross-border logistics channel in China’s cross-border e-commerce export retail field. Since there are many types of international parcels from foreign post offices, and their services and requirements are generally the same, and are also relatively close to China Post’s international parcels, the following only uses Singapore parcels and Dutch parcels as examples for explanation. For others, please refer to the introductions provided by major logistics service providers (freight forwarders).
1. Singapore Parcel
Singapore Post Air Parcel, also known as Singapore Post Parcel or Singapore Parcel, is a postal parcel service launched by Singapore Post for goods weighing less than 2kg. It can deliver live electrical goods, has good timeliness and strong customs clearance capabilities, and can be delivered to postal outlets in 253 countries and regions around the world.
1) Route Introduction
(1) The main advantage is that live electrical products can be delivered (but no pure batteries can be delivered).
(2) Faster timeliness: direct flights from Hong Kong to Singapore Post, and then forwarded by Singapore to many countries or regions around the world. After the goods arrive at Singapore Post, there is no need for secondary sorting, which minimizes the time the goods stay in the Singapore Post processing center.
(3) Wide delivery range: covering 253 countries or regions around the world.
(4) Logistics information can be queried: providing domestic handover, as well as tracking information such as parcel delivery from Singapore to the destination country. Generally, detailed parcel delivery information can be queried online 1 to 2 working days after delivery.
(5) Convenient delivery: logistics service providers (freight forwarders) in Shenzhen, Yiwu, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Xiamen and other places provide door-to-door collection services. Merchants in non-collection areas can send parcels to the warehouse provided by logistics service providers (freight forwarders) by themselves.
(6) Compensation guarantee: insurance services are provided for both ordinary mail and registered parcels, and the claim settlement speed is relatively fast.
2) Delivery requirements
Singapore parcels have certain requirements for parcel weight and volume.
Singapore parcels have the following requirements for the type of goods:
?For live products, the battery needs to be packaged, isolated and insulated according to requirements.
?Prohibited items stipulated by law cannot be shipped.
?Items prohibited by airlines cannot be shipped.
3) Rates
Singapore parcel freight is charged by weight, with a minimum of 1g for registered mail and 10g for surface mail. The weight limit for each single parcel is within 2kg. The registered service fees vary from country to country, and surface mail has additional handling fees.
4) Delivery Time
Under normal circumstances, it will arrive at the destination in 15 to 35 days. Holidays, delays due to snowstorms, remote destinations and other special circumstances are excluded.
Notes:
Singapore parcels are not direct routes, and there is a transit process at the transit point. You can only check online 1 to 3 working days after delivery.

7) Return Instructions
There are generally two ways to deal with returned items due to non-delivery at the destination.
(1) Abandonment: Directly destroy the mail locally, without any fees, and the handling procedures are also very simple.
(2) Return: The returned item is returned from the destination country or region to the Singapore Post processing center, then returned to Hong Kong, and then to mainland China. Therefore, there will be multiple return locations to choose from, and different return fees will be incurred, which will be subject to the return rates of major logistics companies. Generally speaking, merchants choose to return to mainland China. Returning to mainland China may incur import tariffs and other fees, and merchants may need to purchase the goods. The return cycle is generally 3-4 months, and may exceed one year in some countries. Mail is generally returned to the collection point where the logistics service provider (freight forwarder) is located. The sender can request the parts from the logistics service provider (freight forwarder)
2. Holland Parcel
Holland Post Parcel, referred to as Holland Parcel, is a European express parcel service launched by Holland Post (TNT POST) specifically for e-commerce merchants. This service is based in the Netherlands and radiates throughout Europe. It relies on the network and customs clearance system of Holland Post to create a high-quality regional parcel service with the characteristics of smooth customs clearance, fast delivery and detailed inquiry. The main advantage of Holland Parcel is that it can send parcels with batteries.
1) Line Introduction
(1) The main advantage is that it can send goods with electricity, including built-in batteries, matching batteries, mobile power supplies, etc., but it cannot send pure batteries.
(2) Affordable price: The tariff in some countries is lower than that of China Post Parcel. In major European countries, goods weighing more than 500g have a certain price advantage over the main parcels on the market.
(3) Strong delivery timeliness: The mainstream postal parcel service on the market generally takes 7-15 working days, while the Dutch parcel only takes 5-10 working days to reach major European countries.
(4) Detailed tracking query: For major European countries, such as the UK, France, Germany, Italy, etc., you can query until the receipt, and the tracking track is detailed, close to express delivery.
2) Shipping requirements
