1. Delayed Shipment Penalty Policy
(1) For all orders placed on or after April 12, 2018, delayed shipment orders will be penalized in accordance with the “New Fulfillment Order Policy 5.5”. If the time from when the order is placed to when the logistics service provider confirms shipment exceeds 168 hours (7 calendar days), the order will be considered delayed.
(2) Delayed shipment orders will be penalized: 20% of the order amount or $1, whichever is greater. The order amount is the order quantity x (product price + product shipping fee).
2. Penalty Policy for Using Fake Logistics Tracking Numbers
If Wish merchants use fake logistics tracking numbers to complete order fulfillment, they will be fined 100% of the order amount, plus a fine of $100 per order, and will also face the risk of being suspended from trading. The above Wish “false logistics tracking number” penalty policy is effective for orders marked as “shipped” or with modified logistics tracking information at or after 0:00 PST time (Pacific Standard Time in North America) on June 20.
