Unprocessed
Click “Order”-“Unprocessed” menu on Wish backend to open the unprocessed order list page.
Merchants can also directly click “Pending Orders” on the homepage of Wish backend to quickly jump to the unprocessed order list.
For unprocessed orders, there are two ways to ship online and offline. The difference between the two is that online shipping can directly generate a logistics bill and automatically fill in the logistics tracking number for the order; offline shipping requires you to use a third-party logistics provider system or ERP software to generate a logistics bill and manually fill in the order number on the order, or automatically fill in the order number through the ERP software.
The online shipping process is as follows.
(1) In the “Action” column on the right side of the order, click “Measures” → “Delivery” menu.
(2) Fill in the weight and volume of the package.
Note:
If the product has a battery, you need to check the “This product has or has a battery” option, otherwise it may result in a return.
?If the weight and volume are uncertain, you can fill in the estimated value, because the delivery fee is calculated based on the actual weight and volume.
(3)Choose the appropriate logistics method.

?Ship it myself is an offline delivery method.
?China Post Express and Yanwen are online delivery logistics providers connected to the Wish platform. You can click “Modify Express Settings or Opt Out of This Process” in the lower left corner to modify it.
(4)Fill in the sender information and address information.
Notes:
?The sender information and address information need to be filled in truthfully. Once a return occurs, the package will be returned to this sender and address.
?The contact information will be automatically saved after the first entry, and does not need to be repeated in subsequent delivery orders.
(5)Confirm the delivery information, including the logistics provider, logistics method, recipient address, etc.
Notes:
?The logistics fees here are only estimated and will not be deducted from your Wish account, and the Wish account cannot pay for logistics fees.
?The logistics fees are charged by the logistics company based on the actual weight at the time of delivery, and need to be paid to the logistics company separately.
(6)After confirming the delivery, you will enter the stage of printing the label and shipping.
The specific packaging and shipping steps are the same as offline delivery.
(7)In addition to the packaging and shipping steps, you also need to confirm that the order has been marked as “delivered”, indicating that the order has been scheduled for delivery, and the logistics tracking number will be automatically filled in.
Notes:
?Once the online delivery is confirmed and marked as “delivered”, the logistics tracking number can no longer be modified.
?You can find all orders that need to be marked as “delivered” by clicking the “Shipping Label Ready” menu.
