Product Optimization Overview

Wish is different from other platforms. Since editing products on sale will trigger the review mechanism, we rarely optimize products on sale except for the selling price. According to Wish policy, in order to avoid counterfeit products or infringement of intellectual property rights, when merchants change product names, product descriptions or product images, even products that have passed the review will be reviewed again. However, during the product review period, products can still be sold normally.

Although there are such policy restrictions, it does not mean that Wish products do not need to be optimized, but that the optimization work needs to be completed before the products are put on the shelves.

We conduct data statistics on products and set different optimization plans for different categories, so as to maximize the same type of products when they are put on the shelves in the best state, so as to avoid repeated modifications in the future. This not only avoids the manpower and risks of subsequent modifications, but also effectively improves the output rate of hot products and improves various service indicators.

Product optimization can be specifically divided into image optimization, title optimization, tags optimization, details optimization, and price optimization.
