Policy violations other than IPR violations
When a seller is found to have violated platform policies, the seller will be penalized and/or the product will be removed from the shelves. Sellers can appeal in the Growth Center.
Each seller has 1 chance to appeal after being penalized, and must appeal within 60 days
Intellectual property violations
When a store is confirmed to have violated the Intellectual Property Policy (IPR), the store will be penalized and the product will be removed
All sellers have 2 chances to appeal, and the appeal validity period is a total of 14 days. After the 14-day appeal validity period, if you still want to appeal, please contact PSC
Here are some examples to help you understand the
appeal validity period:
Example 1 (Infringement complaint filed by the brand)
The seller receives an infringement notice email and wants to appeal. The seller filed a first appeal but was unsuccessful. Then filed a second appeal.
Example 2 (Other types of violations)
The seller receives a penalty notice email and wants to appeal. The seller filed an appeal but was unsuccessful.
