Before shipping, sellers need to convert the goods to FBA-delivered goods. During the conversion process, Amazon will conduct a dangerous goods review on certain goods containing sensitive components such as batteries, liquids, pastes, and dust. If the seller has the corresponding certificate, it can be submitted for review by the platform in the background; if it is determined to be an ordinary product and there is no information available for review, the seller does not need to be nervous. Generally, the system will automatically process it and wait for about 3 days.

When using FBA for shipping, the system will require the input of the size, weight, and size and weight of the product, and the seller must enter the actual data. If the size and weight of the product are entered incorrectly, FBA-related fees may be charged more (for example, if the size is written too large or the weight is written too much, FBA order processing fees may be charged more), or it may be assigned to the wrong FBA warehouse (for example, standard-sized goods are assigned to the oversized item placement warehouse because the size is written too large, or oversized goods are assigned to the standard-sized item placement warehouse, and they cannot be put into the warehouse and put on the shelf). If the outer box size and weight are entered incorrectly, it may affect the warehouse entry time and may be charged an overweight fee (an overweight fee of US$50/box will be charged for a single box). The FBA delivery standard is that the weight of a single box does not exceed 50 pounds, and the single side length of the outer box does not exceed 63cm.

When using FBA for delivery, sellers need to print product labels and outer box labels. Product labels should be affixed to the product packaging, and outer box labels should be affixed to the outer packaging box. There are two options for product labels: Manufacturer Barcode and Amazon Barcode. The manufacturer label refers to the UPC code used by the seller when publishing the product, while the Amazon label is the FNSKU code automatically generated by the system. It is recommended that sellers choose the Amazon label as the product label.

When using FBA for delivery, the actual delivery quantity must be consistent with the quantity filled in the delivery plan, otherwise it will lead to slow warehousing or even rejection of warehousing. In addition, if the product is lost, Amazon will only compensate according to the quantity recorded in the background when creating the FBA delivery plan.
