1. View order reviews and reply to buyer reviews
Click “Shop Settings” > “ShopRating” to view the ratings of all orders that buyers have reviewed. Sellers click the “Reply” button to reply to buyers’ reviews.
2. Review time
Buyers need to review orders within 15 days. Sellers are advised to encourage buyers to give positive reviews in a timely manner after the order is completed.
3. Buyers modify reviews
If a buyer gives a bad review, it is recommended that sellers negotiate with the buyer to modify the review in a timely manner. There is one opportunity to modify the review within 30 days after the evaluation.
Buyers modify reviews: “Me” “MyPurchase” > find the corresponding order “ShopRating” > Change Rating” > modify the review.

① What to do if you encounter malicious bad reviews?
Answer: If a seller encounters malicious bad reviews, the seller can appeal to the account manager or call the platform customer service, and the platform will intervene to handle it.
②How to report/block a specific buyer?
Answer: Open “Chat”, select the buyer you want to block or report, click the triangle drop-down icon next to the buyer’s username at the top of the dialog box, and you will see the “Report User” or “Block This User” options.
③What restrictions will be imposed on reported/blocked buyers? Will the buyer be unable to leave comments in product reviews after blocking the buyer?
Answer: Blocking a buyer can prohibit the buyer from purchasing any products in the store and leaving comments in “Chat”. Regardless of whether the buyer is reported or blocked, he or she can leave comments in the reviews of the products he or she purchased.
