In addition to the seller account information, you can also manage the buyer account information. This article will explain some basic operations of buyer account management.
View order information
If you have purchased goods on the Amazon platform, you can view your own order information. The specific steps are as follows.
Step 01: Enter the Amazon official website, such as the Amazon US official website (if it is a foreign official website, it is best to set the system language to Simplified Chinese, so that it will be more convenient to operate), and click the “Customer Service” button in the menu bar.
Step 02: After the operation is completed, enter the relevant page of “Customer Service” and click the “My Order” in the “What Can We Help You Today” section.
Step 03: After the operation is completed, enter the “My Order” page, where you can view orders in the past 3 months (that is, the last 3 months).
Step 04: In addition to orders in the last 3 months, you can also view orders in the last 30 days or the same year. Taking the order of 2021 as an example, the seller only needs to click the ~ icon after “Past 3 Months” and select the “2021” option in the drop-down list box that opens.
Step 05: After the operation is completed, you can view the order information of 2021 in the “My Orders” page.
In addition to the summarized order information, you can also view the “Electronic Orders”, “Local Store Orders” and “Cancelled Orders” information separately. In addition, you can also click the “Buy Again” button summarized on the “My Orders” page to view the products recommended by the system for re-purchase.

Step 5: Enter the “Two-step Verification Settings” page, where buyers can perform relevant settings. Taking the backup method of two-step verification as an example, buyers can click the “Add a mobile phone or authenticator application” link under “Backup Method”.
Step 6: Enter the “Add Backup Method” page, which provides users with two ways to add backup methods, namely mobile phone numbers and authenticator applications. Taking the phone number as an example to add a backup method, buyers only need to ①enter the backup mobile phone number; click the “Continue” button.
Step 7: After the operation is completed, enter the backup mobile phone number verification page, where ①enter the verification code; ②click the “Continue” button.
