2. How to refund the buyer after Shopee logistics sends the wrong goods?
The following refund method is only suitable for Shopee cross-border e-commerce sellers in the Philippines, Malaysia, Vietnam, Thailand, and Taiwan.
If you find that all the ordered products have been sent to the wrong place, and the Shopee buyer has not yet confirmed the receipt of the goods. Contact the buyer as soon as possible to apply for a return and refund.
